Last Step in saying Goodbye

Can anyone from the Plus Net staff please tell me when the comments from my ticket below will be actioned.
and confirm when my refund will be paid from.
As I would like to complete the process as soon as possible

I have now completed my transfer away from Plus Net.
Please process the refund from this months subscription that is due to me.
Please change my account to a FREE dial up account so i still have access to the forums

Many thanks for the update, the billing team are monitoring the account and will action these requests once all migration orders are shown as complete in the wholesale order system.

I am sorry it has come to this, as i have recommend Plus Net in the past.
You can have the best customer support going,
but when the people responsible for managing the network lose their way, its time to go.
