Kudos: No phone queue this morning

Kudos for answering my support call in seconds this morning. Everyone moans when call queues are long, but rarely do you hear about quick service! (Mind you, the agent did sound a bit grumpy )

Now that someone else has mentioned it, I'll add my own experience...
... I too had need to call BUSINESS support yesterday (Mon 4th Dec) and the phone was on both occasions answered within a few seconds, despite being advised of a 15 minute queue.
... that said if the SNRM reset put through to BTw systems had done its jib in the first place, a second call (clogging up the lines) would not have been required.
