Just joined, so far so good.

Just moved from BT after a very stressful attempt to renew a contract with them and obtain a replacement router after a local lightening strike. It was spectacularly easy and straightforward. Thank you so much. All connected, decent speed (4mbps faster than BT) and best of all cheerful, reliable customer services and hardware that does what it's supposed to do. Pass on my thanks to all involved.
