It was worth the wait!

Received the dreaded price rise email and having waited 32 minutes to speak to someone last night, I was very pleased to secure a very competitive deal on a new 18 month contract. The person I spoke to could not have been more polite, helpful and efficient. Once all the price increase emails have been sent out, hopefully telephone response times will improve - the only niggle in a faultless year with Plusnet - thank you!

@miltonman - I have to say I had a similar experience. I did a bit of research before calling, armed with the competitor's deal, and PN matched it with no hassle, and were helpful and efficient. Like I have always said, when PN get things right, they do a sterling job. My only concern was peak time slowdowns, but since I haven't had these issues lately (well since I have stayed on a different gateway), I was willing to take a chance and stick with Plusnet.
