Is there an online alternative to texting feedback?

Whenever I call customer feedback, I get texts asking me to text back my feedback. This is so annoying. I refuse to spend money on texts just to send feedback. There should be an email feedback system which is free and easy.

There should also be a free way to stop these irritating texts.

I do like providing feedback though so it's a shame I can't.

Texting the feedback to us will put it through our systems for the relevant adviser & manager to see.

However, feel free to private message me or post here (after all, this is a Feedback board) your feedback and I'll be happy to see what I can do to pass it along for you.
