Is there a problem with Auto Login?

Each time I access things like 'Line Rental Saver' and 'View your broadband usage' I am asked to login.
So, having done that, I go to 'Auto Login' and set it up for 1 year. The system then confirms that it has done that.
But, the next time I try to access the above I am asked to login!!!
Is there a problem?

Just checked 'Auto Login' and it's lost the setting in the same browser session!!!
Checking the cookie settings right now Jim!

Re: Is there a problem with Auto Login?

I seem to remember this coming up before and the suggested setting was 2 years which has always worked for me.
I have noticed, though, that if I've logged in on another PC/device the setting appears to get turned off.

Re: Is there a problem with Auto Login?

Just tried 2 years Mav and that appears to have stayed on the system!
Thanks!  Wink
