Invoice queried, successful outcome

I received my latest PN invoice this morning, which had increased quite a bit...

 

I rang 0800 432 0200 at 8am, answered within 2 minutes.

 

Apparently my 24 month Phone discount had expired, but with no notification from PN !

(They don't do phone renewal emails !)

 

Anyway, after about 5 minutes on the phone, all was back to normal, with another 24 month discounted deal in place.


Satisfied customer.

I have received 3 emails confirming the details of the renewal

 

Saved as pdf, and printed out to include in my PN Folder.

And a note in my diary......
