Impressive Service !
I joined plusnet today and would like to say how impressed I was with the service provided by your sales person <removed>. She was very friendly, polite, down to earth and it was these attributes that made me decide to switch to plusnet. With attributes like that she could sell a karoke machine to a dumb man. Keep it up <removed>, I look forward to dealing with you again at some point.
Plusnet look after her; people like that are hard to come by these days.
