I was having a load of issues with a competitor when attempting to join a new contract when moving in. Plusnet have had me set up in 5 days including an amazing engineer from OR (Darren) coming to sort a problem out.
The customer service staff at plusnet are absolutely amazing. I haven't experienced customer service up to this level for a long time. Knowledgeable and helpful.
