I must congratulate Plusnet

I have been a Plusnet member for a few months, and so far ive had a few dealing with Plusnet team online and on phone. I have found all there employees superb support and very knowledgeable when it comes to sorting out problems or inquiries. Previous to this my ISP was TalkTalk and they were as much use as the proverbial chocolate fire-guard, even tho i have the worst broadband line in the UK(well atleast the 3rd worse) i dont hold them responsible for it but i would like them to pressure BT into rolling out upgrades to exchanges quicker than the way BT wish to carry it out as i feel the infrastructure is backward and prehistoric
