I am EXTREMELY disappointed with your service after being a loyal customer for over 6 year

No one from your company is helping.

 

I have started a thread which can be accessed here:

Then after being on the website for over an hour waiting for help which was not received - the log can be accessed here:

 

 

Can I politely request that someone from your company contacts me tomorrow at 1:15pm on my mobile number.

 

This really isn't good enough.
