How to get an incorrect bill corrected?

I have been trying to get a bill corrected, but even after the adviser promises that the refund has been processed and will be in my bank accounting 5 to 7 days, the then decide to put it as a credit on next months account. I am then again charged for calls even though I pay for unlimited calls, so I am expected to pay the overcharge again because the system cannot calculate the correct amount. How can you raise a complaint that will actually get something done.

I do not think that your manager requiring me to pay a bill that I do not owe before you can sort it out, as taking ownership of the issue.
