How to do it?

Having had a problem, raised a question and got a perfectly satisfactory result,  I went to close the question in order to avoid any unnecessary further correspondence but could not find any obvious means of doing so.
I expect I'm being (un)usually dumb, but have I missed any obvious button to click?

Re: How to do it?

I would just add a comment that the issue is now resolved!

Re: How to do it?

Yep, I take the point, but that still gives the poor devils on the help desk something extra to deal with.    Smiley

Re: How to do it?

If you raised the question you should be able to close it but if it was raised by a staff member after you phoned in then you can't close it

Re: How to do it?

It'll close by itself after 14 days, but if it gets in the way of opening any others (IIRC the limit is 3) then post the ticket number and ask for a DCT member to close it.
