Also had contact by phone to say BT have checked line and not found a problem this afternoon and its been referred back to BT for further investigation, I am 99.9 % certain its not an internal fault as I have had a new BT box fitted recently and done all the routine checks so lets hope they get their finger out as I am getting very frustrated with the constant connection dropping out!!!!!
