I'll keep a personal eye on this daily and get the order placed first thing on the 19th!

I have had nearly the same thing as you been ongoing for some time now
both me and lots of my neighbours are all on the same cabinet which is fibre enabled next door has been offered fibre but declined
I want it but at the moment can't have due to a problem with bt wholesale
Chris has been doing his best to solve the problem
Hope you have better luck than I am having

Just wish I'd never shouted my mouth off to all my mates on standard broadband to get upgraded!!!!
