I lodged a support request on Wednesday, had an answer to say checks would be performed and it would take 24 hours.... How long is an hour in Yorkshire exactly? It's now 72 (standard GMT hours) and I'm still waiting some kind of resonse? In the interim my fibre is as fast as dripping treacle - as is my next door neighbour's, who i also with Plusnet. I've now decided to call and am on a very, very long hold. Hm.

I'm not sure but the ones on the weekend always seem to go a lot quicker.
