Hopeless

I've never known a company to get so many things wrong so many times, then for their staff to contradict themselves and their colleagues so often.
Surely Plusnet hasn't always been as bad as this? I'd heard nothing but good things about them, but that was before the BT take-over. Could this be what has made the difference?

how would you know your horse is so high you will kill yourself if you fell off
Also from reading your numerous interfering post you have now left yourself with a ceased line that someone (You)  will have to get reconnected, and that can take a week or more and a a cost

I agree with you David and wish id never come to them.
Quite why the next poster has to be so rude when the forum is designed for expressing opinion,I dont know
