Having ongoing email problem not mentioned on Service Status page? - see here for info

Since Thursday 14th customers are having problems with email failing if it's been forwarded from other domains. Plus won't put this on their Service Status page as it doesn't affect every customer and phone support don't have any answers yet. If you've got/had this problem then head over to this thread (which includes some possible workrounds) and add your voice as seems to be the only way to flag up to support that you're also affected...
