That used to be Mandy`s job..... where is she now?  and who has replaced her....
Hope it arrives tomorrow.... we are all really nice people here on the forum.... it gets frustrating at times. but generally everyone is happy in the end.....  Wink

@Ossettbob, your router has definitely been dispatched and will hopefully be with you today - if not then it'll be there tomorrow but I believe they're posted first class so should be today.

I'm pretty sure they're actually dispatched from a warehouse elsewhere. 
It used to be policy for the router to be dispatched to arrive a day or two before activation, so even though your order was placed on the 25th Oct, the router should only have arrived around now anyway.

Have received the router !!!!!. It was too windy to play golf anyway, plus i`m streaming with a cold. I`m sorry for all time this has taken up but I felt that I had to provide the trigger to get it moving and then to chase up. I am so used to doing this with other companies. Hope the router works !!!! Smiley

Glad to hear it's arrived, sorry if I wasn't clear on how it's delivered. The routers are packaged into a lorry which goes to the sorting office.
