Hardware not arrived

I ordered my broadband from Plusnet on
14 October and paid by direct debit on 23 October
2008.
Everything has been actived but I am still
awaiting the hardware.
I can't get through on your support phone
lines.
Please tell me why there is such a delay.
Can you hurry up the delivery of the hardware
as I need to get online urgently.

Re: HARDWARE NOT ARRIVED

You might want to remove your address as this is an open forum and anyone can read it.
Can't help with your enquiry though, sure someone will be along shortly

Re: HARDWARE NOT ARRIVED

Hi John,
I'm very sorry that you've had to wait so long.  We've currently got  an issue on one port stick, although this should be fixed shortly.
I've moved your billing date forward by 2 weeks to reflect the delay that you've seen, I've refunded the £6.99 delivery charge and I've sent you a 4 port wireless router instead.  It may turn up tomorrow, but it's more likely to turn up on Wednesday.
Again, I'm very sorry for the delay.

Re: Hardware not arrived

@ The OP
I have removed your address from your initial post for your privacy and security. Plusnet staff have access to all your details via their internal platforms, so there isn't any need to post it in a public forum.
Regards,
Chemical Brother.
