I've always had really good experiences with Plusnet, stupidly left them last year for a competitor and have returned. We recently moved house and were getting incredibly slow speeds. Spent an hour on the phone with the worlds most patient tech guy (Thanks Andy!) who eventually solved the problem and advised us on how to fix the problem without it costing us anything.
