Thanks for your help when I called about signing up, we had a bit of a laugh during the call when you asked for my email address (which was my full name), then on the very next question 'what is your surname'.....'strangely enough it's ******* lol', I think you had to be there to appreciate the humorous side! 
Overall a nice change to speak to a UK based person that I can understand, who also has a friendly non robotic way of dealing with calls....hope you got you commision
