Been with PlusNet for longer than I can remember now and I have nothing but praise for them. Of course I had a few hiccups along the way which would be expected after being with them for over 4 years, especially since I have changed from ADSL to ADSL pro package, then ADSL to fibre extra and now finally fibre unlimited since getting a new TV which can stream Netflix. (As you can imagine 250GB seemed like a lot of usage until this TV arrived. >_<) Joanne, Chris, Matt and all the other PlusNET staff on the forums have been quite simply the most polite, helpful and fast responding people you could hope to get from an internet provider. I hope people who are having any problems with Plusnet view this post and realise that if you have a hiccup it's worth sticking with it and in the long run you won't get a greater bunch of people in an internet company.
