Great Service!

Hi Plusnet type Folks
Reported a speed fault due to having to switch router on/off due to work on house. Asked for a SNR reset which was promptly done but apparently there was a resistance fault on the line. An Engineer called at 8AM the next morning and promptly fixed the problem. Now all is hunky dorey. And All within 48Hours! Pretty Good Plusnet! Many thanks.
