Great Service and speedy response

I would just like to say thank you to the staff for efficiency, politeness and quick resolution of a problem.
To cut a long story short, in the village where I live, the telephone cable to the exchange was stolen, 5 days to put right. two days later they stole the cable again, which coincided wiht a series of power cuts because of the snow in North Yorkshire.
Consequently the speed dropped to 250 kbps, almost unusable. Gave it four days to resolve, no increase.
Phoned Plusnet on day 5 about 9.40 a.m., I hope the member of staff can recognize himself, friendly young man, courteous and helpful,  he ran some tests, checked things, gave some advice and said the speed would boost by 1mgb in ten  minutes, and it did, and has gone up again. Phone call was answered in 2 minutes.
So, a minor problem but resolved with a highly satisfied customer
