Good service for me

I've really got nothing but good things to say about the service I've received to rectify the stuck IP profile I had with my broadband. Must admit running at 250Kbps for a few days was quite annoying as was the basic tests that needed running like changing filters etc but as soon as the fault was diagnosed it was sorted with minor fuss.
Looking at all the bad things put on here, thought I'd share a good experience.
