Getting fed up now

Have to say, getting really fed up now, nearly a month of un-usable internet during peak times, two engineers visits, and nothing, no faults with the line.
Tonights speeds on fibre
1. Best Effort Test:
Download Speed : 0.77 Mbps
2. Upstream Test:
Upload Speed : 4.07 Mbps
Usually getting 16-17Mbps - Its actually driving me insane!!
Look at this for a ping graph (peak hours only)

Re: Getting fed up now

Are you running any programs/services that might be using a lot of bandwidth?
What's your IP Profile on the speed test?

Re: Getting fed up now

IP profile is set at 16.7mbps, these test are all done with PPpoE directly in to the open reach modem.

Did Plusnet detect a fault in their tests? If so, do you know what is was?

Re: Getting fed up now

No they didn't, the engineer thought it was a contention issue, however BTOR wouldn't authorise a lift and shift, they have also apparently done a card reset to no avail. He did say it could be the ISP's issue over BTOR

Just wondering in case we need to get things moving again with our suppliers.
Can you run a test here if there's still an issue please?

Re: Getting fed up now

Hi Adam.
Its a peak time only issue, so the speeds now will be fine i.e 15.17mpbs down and 4.6mbps up, however last night during peak time the speeds were as low as 0.5mbps down.

Re: Getting fed up now

Understood,
Cheers for the tests and BQM you've done for us so far.
We're pushing back on our suppliers regarding the line card replacement. You're set to be updated again about that soon.
