Becoming an increasingly hacked off! Is anyone monitoring your Help Assistant support email system (Question #207419521)?
Problem reported on 21st Oct. On 31st Oct, you asked me to supply dates for an engineer visit. You have twice reported that you had tried to get hold of me & left messages (26 Oct / 31 Oct) - On both days i was around all day to answer the phone + No message was ever left. On the 6th Nov, i reported that no one had turned up. Now on 12th Nov & i am still having intermittant broadband issues (& still no one responding to the web page questions).
Not prepared to keep phoning you to chase (30 min wait times each time i ring is not acceptable especially when you encourage customers to use the web system).
This is not the award winning support level that you claim to offer!
