Never Again, as a customer services worker I can honestly say I will rate my experiences with plusnet 0. I find I am in contract (hate the word) and there is no way out but to pay an over the top termination fee. I upgraded as I was using the service more which created a new contract (super hate the word). I am not aloowed to downgrade, I cannot switch services and I am paying for soemthing that rquires my calling and hanging on the phone for 35 mins. I am still on the line! I wonder is everyone else complaining. Get more staff and then train them better!
Very quick response from complaints manager. I appreciate that. It is unfortunate that you had all the answers I needed before we got to this point, but thank you for your response, agreeable actions and taking on board what I said. I firmly believe that you will do something about it.
