First Class Service

I feel I must address the balance after reading today's feedback. Been with PN since 13th December and although my broadband was not readily available due to BT exchange problems, phone and broadband are running smoothly indeed. I have nothing but praise for PN team and the Openreach guys who attended my address. I don't really want to borrow another product's advertising slogan but ....... Plusnet do exactly as it says on the tin and they do it superbly well.
