As stated elsewhere my line went a bit adrift in the thunderstorm and the sync dropped through the floor
As expected this afternoon the Plusnet profile dropped to 0.7Mb/s
Called up using Chat and within 5 minutes it was fixed - really good  Grin
Not so good the operators are still advising to reboot the router to get the new profile accepted  Sad
A bit of training is required
