Well it turns out it's easier to get rid of than my earlier failed efforts led me to believe (at least for me, using Chrome and AdBlock).
In AdBlock, go to AdBlock Options / Customize / Manually edit your filters, click 'Edit' and simply paste the URL https://resources.digital-cloud-uk.medallia.eu in, then click 'Save'.
Job done.
