I have to write to say how amazed I am with the support from Plusnet. After three years good service, our router developed an intermittent fault so I gave Plusnet a ring (just to make sure I would be buying the right one from PC world or similar) and they offered to send me out a new one - just had to pay p&p. It arrived earlier than was expected, with really simple instructions even I could follow and it worked!!!! This fantastic service is far better than I had with my old provider (I can vividly recall the frustrating hours wasted in miscommunication with various foreign call centres). The Plusnet support guy was fantastic and even managed to improve our broadband package at no extra cost .. Thank you so much Plusnet.
