I was due to move from PlusNet since I was unable to get a good retention deal from the customer options team.
This morning, I had a problem with my PlusNet account and spoke to a helpful customer service agent via the website chat facility. However, I needed to contact customer services phoneline. My call was answered within 1-2 minutes and the brilliant customer service agent swiftly sorted out my problem and transferred me to the customer options team who gave me a great deal.
