Customer service and I use this term extremely lightly combative and aggressive treated like an enemy rather than a customer laughing in background unprofessional Wasted 4 hours of my life trying to speak to a manager The manager promised to call me after reviewing calls Manager convieniently absent from work at time of promised call Some other advisor calls me and says he needs to listen to calls Wasting more of my time If you are moving cancel and get with a company that values its customers and has actually trained customer service advisors An absolute joke
