Domain transfer problem

Two weeks ago I raised a ticket #175610877 to get an authorisation code so I can transfer my .co.uk domain name from plusnet to 1&1, but have had no response to my ticket.  I emigrate to Sweden on the 18th June and am closing down my plusnet account so I really need the authorisation code as soon as possible so I can pick up my emails.  Has anyone got any hints on how I can speed Plusnet along?

You don't typically need an authorisation code to transfer a .uk domain Huh
You'd normally need to provide us with the 'IPS Tag' of the new registrar to initiate the transfer.
Doesn't excuse the lack of response, but are you sure you've asked us for the right thing?

I have provided the IPS Tag 1AND1 but have no idea whether this has been applied to my domain name,

1&1 say they need an authorisation code too.

Any ideas where to go from here?

I can confirm that your domain has now been released to your chosen provider.

Let us know if you experience any issues or have any further queries.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
