Does Plusnet want more business???

On sat. 19th I helped my sister log a request to upgrade from free dial-up to Plusnet Value broadband (Ticket ID 31268921). As of this morning, no response what so everAngry I have just helped her log a second request (Ticket ID 31301011).
One has to wonder if Plusnet are really interested in more business from existing customers. Instead of badgering people to upgrade to HomePhone over the phone with unsolicited calls, how about you answer upgrade requests a little quicker - or better still, automate the process of upgrading from dial-up.
