Does Adam Walker exist?

I have been in touch with plusnet about their rubbish service via facebook, twitter, the main website and now here. Always get a reply from Adam Walker - if he exists he must be a very busy boy!

I'm covering Twitter today and as your message pointed me to Facebook I thought I'd answer your message there.
As mentioned in my last reply there I've logged your fault and hope to see a response from our suppliers within the next 72 hours.

It would be nice if someone would take the trouble to get in touch with me properly to discuss the issues rather than post platutidinous replies to posts I have made in a desperate attempt to provoke something resembling a useful reaction.

Adam has tested and raised your fault through to our suppliers. The next step is to wait for their update, which can take 72hours.

Oh Yes, he does exist.  He is the one who got my line issues sorted over 2 years ago and I have been a happy bunny ever since.  No more line issues for me.  So, give him a chance to sort your issues out.  I can propose him to be next Prime Minister to sort UK's issues!!!!

As you can see I like to keep busy out of work as well as in it but in a slightly different way

EDIT: Just because I missed the opportunity earlier, I know I sometimes ask customers to PM me Chandu but that's ridiculous
