Well finally up and running after a lot of time and messing around I hope it all goes smoothly now and just waiting for the call from customer services to see what they are going to offer for all the inconvenience caused

I cannot understand why nobody has mentioned that the failure to turn up to do the install when it should have happened was down to Openreach.
Mekonjones, if you want to complain to OFCOM &/or anyone else then do so, but make sure you complain about Openreach. Plusnet's hand are tied, all ISPs have to use Openreach, it's a monopoly. (unless it's Virgin Media Cable).
