Disappointed

I am disappointed that after being informed that my new line was working, I find that there is a ring tone but I am not receiving any calls.  I have unplugged my phone as directed by Jesse the virtual assistant but things have not changed. Please help as thephone lines are busy. Thanks Embarrassed

It is unlikely that this will be picked due to the Easter Weekend

I've tested your line and we've identified a external fault which will most likely be the cause
There are more details on ticket 84441256
We'll try and get this fixed for you as soon as possible but there may be some delays due to the bank holiday weekend
Really sorry for any inconvenience caused
After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
