Linn K - many thanks for your detailed response to my previous post. My questions are fully answered.
Supplier Team, Delayed Orders team and even Linn K, you have let down your employers today by not providing the update as promised over the last week.
On a plus note, as a lecturer in operations and quality management, I now have an excellent case study in how not to deliver!.
