Hi,
Please could someone look into my declined cashback please? I signed up for 38mb broadband on the proviso that I would receive £147 cashback, making it a cheaper deal than other providers. I have just checked to see that it has been declined by plusnet.
Account name is adrianbemand
Cheers

@adrianbemand
That sounds like cashback from Quidco or Topcashback, have a read of the information here: http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,112065.0.html
@michaelgr223
Your cashback isn't the same as the other one in this thread, I can see we're already chasing this up for you and will get the vouchers to you asap.

That's ridiculous! Why should Plusnet be expected to honour a promise they didn't make? In any case from what Chris has posted that doesn't apply to you.

I am not just getting at PlusNet it is all the casbacks. My particular beef is with PlusNet, they advertise and agree I am entitled to cash back but cannot honour there contract.
