I can honestly say, ive not had an issue at all with sending email - and ive not requested removal from any blocklists..
The only issues ive had, in sending email has been a typing mistake in my SPF record (which meant Hotmail & some others were panning all my emails) - my outgoing goes directly to the IP according to the DNS records. Smiley
i thought the general consensus was that the blocklists are "of little help" and your better off having a well trained anti-spam platform.
