I have reached the end of my tether. I have tried contacting the cancellation team after numerous problems since November 2008. I have been told someone will call me back, I am still waiting. I have had only a few days connection this year, yet despite my repeated requests to cancel I feel like I'm being ignored. The migration from Metronet to Plusnet was incredibly badly managed. For a period of time my monthly payment was debited from my bank account on a daily basis. I have been sent solicitors letters for money which I do not owe. I know it's a nice sunny day but could someone from Plusnet please reply, and let me cancel.
