i've had a look at your account and can see you spoke to us over the weekend regarding some connection issues, my colleagues asked you to complete the faults checks (which I can see you started) in order for us to investigate. Unfortunately as the troubleshooter wasn't completed the fault hasn't come through to our faults team investigate.
I've just tested your line and can see that it's become banded due to a spike in noise on the line. I've removed this banding but if you experience further issues please complete the fault checker at https://faults.plus.net
so we can investigate.
