What on earth has happened to the customer based contacts, if you phone your faced with an hours wait , internet chat can not do any thing on your account and advises you to go to account settings when you get there the option the chat line has advised is not available, WHY do you not have an email system??? At this time your customer care falls a lot short of the advertised or is this just for new customers?

No we all get the same service. The only difference is that we old timers pay more for the privelege. However if you post your problem you may get some help.
