Contact to Plusnet

What on earth has happened to the customer based contacts, if you phone your faced with an hours wait , internet chat can not do any thing on your account and advises you to go to account settings when you get there the option the chat line has advised is not available, WHY do you not have an email system??? At this time your customer care falls a lot short of the advertised or is this just for new customers?Huh

No we all get the same service. The only difference is that we old timers pay more for the privelege. However if you post your problem you may get some help.

This was originally posted on the business forum ... if you are a business user, then you can still raise support tickets. Look under contact us - business user on the user portal.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
