Absolutely dreadful and shocking service. New customer 1 week ago and nothing but issues since.... I don't even have Plusnet internet yet! 1 hour 19 minutes in total on the phone...5 useless phone attendants and 1 hour 2 minutes on hold in total. Email to say they could not activate my direct debit so go to My Account on the website which also would not work. Now I can't even cancel the service because I am stuck on hold, what do I have to do to get out of this nightmare! Please tell me there is somewhere I can cancel my contract and get a full refund without having to phone up, it's disgraceful

Unfortunately the orders have been delayed due to a system issue.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
