How do i actually complain because plusnets system just sends me here. Im sick of losing my broadband access everytime someone fannys around with the main exchange outside and im sick of getting messages i cant reply to saying they tried to call when they didn’t. I refuse to believe that an open forum is where plusnet expects me to resolve this.
