Chat is useless!

How are you supposed to get in to chat if none of the options in the "What would you like to chat about today?" drop down are remotely appropriate to the question you want to ask?

Is this the same Ticket system that is now deprecated and unavailable apart from a small number of ill defined conditions?  @HarryB

Quite a number of observations in various threads that even once you've successfully entered a Ticket it takes 3 -5 days to rise to the top of the pool for action.

Re-instate the Ticket system - you know it makes sense.
